Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email at dispatch.

Delivery estimates. United Kingdom: 7–14 business days. United States: 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs and carrier delays occasionally add time. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Shipping costs. Free tracked shipping on orders over £40 / $50. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Where we ship from. Restfolk works with vetted manufacturing and fulfilment partners; depending on the item, your order may ship from an international facility. Every order is tracked door to door.

Customs & duties. Orders to the UK and US are shipped with taxes handled at checkout wherever possible. In the rare case a customs charge arises, contact us before paying it.
