Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email javaughn.work@hotmail.com with your order number to get the return address — please don't ship anything back unannounced.

Hygiene exception. Opened products that go in or on the body — earbuds, mouth tape, sleep masks, pillowcases — can't be returned once unsealed unless faulty.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items. Full refund or free replacement, your choice, including any return postage. Photos of the issue speed things up.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving (UK/EU consumer law) and typically appear in 3–5 business days.

Your statutory rights (including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights) are unaffected by this policy.
