Where do you deliver?

Across the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order ships with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days in the UK and 7–15 in the US. Your tracking link goes out by email as soon as the order ships.

Why the longer delivery window?

We work directly with our manufacturing partners and ship on demand rather than warehousing stock. It adds a few days in transit — and takes a chunk off the price. Every parcel is tracked door to door.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?

Email us with your order number. Damaged, faulty, or lost-in-transit orders are replaced or refunded in full — your choice.

Can I return something?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened items that go in or on the body (earbuds, mouth tape, masks) can only be returned if faulty. Full details on the Returns page.

Is mouth tape safe?

Mouth tape is a comfort product, not a medical device. It isn't suitable for everyone — don't use it if you have difficulty breathing through your nose, have a respiratory condition, or have been told you may have sleep apnoea, and never use it with alcohol or sedatives. If in doubt, talk to your doctor first.
